MEET OUR STAFF

Sherri Hill

Sherri is our office manager as well as Richards wife of 34 years.

Sherri was born in Southwest Washington and attended Willamette University, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree.

Sally Stauffer Gallagher

Sally Stauffer Gallagher is practically a Reno native, having lived in the Truckee Meadows for the past 40 years. She attended local schools through the University level and went on to begin her legal career as a paralegal assistant at Perry, Hebert & Spann, an insurance defense firm.

Since then, Mrs. Gallagher has continued to be employed as a legal assistant for the past 21 years–17 of those years in a “senior paralegal” capacity. She has accumulated experience in commercial and real property transactions and litigation as well as personal injury and insurance defense specialties. She is also familiar with domestic law (divorce and child custody).

Once on a case, she is skilled at organization and “document control.” Sally is adept at interviewing witnesses and coordinating testimony appearances. Additionally, she performs critical “field” work, such as obtaining information from governmental agencies, site observations and/or inspections, on-site document review.

During her leisure time, Sally enjoys all water sports, skiing, mountain biking, golf, reading, and watching her daughter grow up.

Karen Nielsen

Karen grew up in Reno and graduated from Reno High School and the University of Nevada.  She later earned a graduate degree in Spanish from Yale University.

Karen has over eight years experience working as a legal assistant in personal injury and litigation firms.  She reviews, organizes and summarizes case documents.  She performs off-site document review and site inspections, research on non-legal matters relevant to cases, and obtains necessary documents and information from government and other agencies.  She helps coordinate production of necessary information and documents with clients, prepares and organizes exhibits and other materials used at trial, and attends and assists at trial.

Karen enjoys reading, photography, movies, art, music, and swimming.
